Lotz Roofing & Sons was originally founded in central Florida in the early '70s by Ron Lotz along with his three sons; Dan, Ron, and Craig. By the late '80s, the 3 sons had moved to the beautiful mountains of WNC, and worked with a local roofer for several years before branching out on their own to start Lotz Roofing (NC). 

Lotz Roofing is now co-owned by Craig Lotz (over 40 years of experience) and his son Bryce (over 15 years of experience); partnering with 2 main crew leaders (each with over 20 years of experience) with multiple crews. We are 

certified installers for CertainTeed roofing products and Best Buy Metals roofing products

. In addition to handling all types of roofing (shingles, metal, TPO, etc), we also offer full service in siding (Hardie, LP, vinyl, metal, etc) and gutter (5", 6", round, guards, etc.) applications

In 1976, founder Ron Lotz created his simple logo (Ron the Roofer); implying old school workmanship, service and pricing. Since then, we have expanded our services (siding & gutters) and crews (multiple); while maintaining that same Lotz tradition of quality work, reliable service, and competitive pricing. 50 years later, we still do roofing...and Lotz more.
